"Check-in took forever"
Check-in was a total mess. I was standing around waiting way longer than I should’ve, and after a while it just got really annoying. I just wanted to get in and move on with my day

"Pool was way too packed"
We booked this place mostly because we were hoping to spend a lot of time by the pool, but it was way more crowded than I expected. I kept looking around wondering if everyone else was having the same experience, because it was hard to even find a chair and the pool felt packed almost the entire time.
It just wasn’t the relaxing pool day vibe we were hoping for—more loud and cramped than anything. I also noticed people saving chairs for ages, and it didn’t seem like staff were really managing that. Maybe others don’t mind the busy scene, but for us it was disappointing and I probably wouldn’t come back for the pool.

We got to the Flamingo about a little earlier than planned, and when I saw the front desk line, I thought it was going to be a hassle.
But the guy who helped us was really nice and kept things moving around quickly. He went over the room options, answered my random questions, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all.
Our keys worked, the room was ready, and he even gave us easy directions to the elevators and a few food spots. It was a really good start to the trip, and I’d give the front desk 5 stars.

Stayed at the Flamingo Las Vegas, and wow, the staff really had that “thrilled to be here” energy, if by thrilled you mean visibly annoyed. Check-in took longer than expected, and when we asked a couple of basic questions, the person helping us acted like we’d requested a private audience with royalty.
A few employees were perfectly fine, to be fair, but most of the interactions felt like they were just counting the seconds until we disappeared. The hotel itself was okay, but the attitude definitely took some of the fun out of the stay...
"The Bed Technically Did Its Job"
Stayed at the Flamingo Las Vegas, and the bed was... fine, I guess. Not awful, not exactly cloud-like luxury either. The mattress felt like it had seen a few too many Vegas weekends, and the pillows were doing their best impression of pancakes. I still slept after walking around all day, because exhaustion is a powerful amenity, but I was definitely expecting a little more comfort

"The pool at Flamingo was fun for a..."
The pool at Flamingo was fun for a little while, but it got packed so fast that it felt like I wasted half my energy just trying to find chairs and get settled. The music was super loud, but I guess that’s normal for Vegas. Drinks were expensive too, which didn’t help. It’s probably a decent spot if you show up early, but I was hoping for something more relaxing and less of a whole mission.

"Place was kept up well"
Stayed here last weekend the place was in good shape. Everything looked clean, no weird smells, and the elevators worked without any issues. I also noticed staff taking care of small fixes quickly, which was nice to see. I was happy overall, but if they ever let the upkeep slide, I’d probably look for somewhere else next time.
"Amenities were a little hit or miss"
We booked mainly because of the pool and some of the usual hotel amenities, but a few things either weren’t available or had hours that didn’t really work for us. Maybe it was just the timing or something going on that weekend, I’m not sure. The room itself was fine and the location was good, but I do wish the website had been a bit clearer before we arrived...

"Security was fine, but honestly a little unclear"
The site worked okay and checkout seemed secure enough, so I didn’t run into any major safety issues. But some of the popups and info pages made me pause for a second. Like, can we please make the privacy stuff and booking details easier to understand? It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but I definitely felt a little unsure at times.

"Something felt off at the casino"
I went into the Flamingo casino expecting that classic fun Vegas energy, but something felt off quickly. It was loud, but not in a lively or exciting way, more like an irritating background noise that made it hard to relax. Some parts also looked worn out, which didn’t help the overall vibe.
The staff were around, but nobody came across especially friendly or welcoming, and the smoke smell was really noticeable. There were a couple of areas that were fine, but overall it just felt kind of tired and not like a place I’d want to spend much time in.
"The WiFi kept dropping all night long"
I had a frustrating time with the WiFi because it kept cutting in and out all night. I’d connect for a little while, try to use it, and then it would drop again, so it was really hard to get anything done online. It wasn’t just a one-time issue either, it kept happening over and over, which got annoying quickly.

"Bathrooms could definitely be cleaner"
The bathroom stalls were kinda dirty a few times, which was disappointing. I also wasn’t a fan of how some of the terms seemed to change from what I originally expected. It just made the whole experience feel a bit frustrating
"Felt overpriced compared to other options"
At first the prices seemed decent, but once the fees were added and I saw what was actually included, it didn’t really feel like a great value. The site itself was simple enough to use, so no complaints there, but compared to other places people usually recommend, I expected better deals. Overall, it was kind of disappointing for what I ended up paying

"Housekeeping really missed the mark"
We stayed for 3 nights and, the housekeeping was disappointing. One day our room wasn’t cleaned at all, even after we asked. When they finally did come, it felt like the bare minimum — a few towels dropped off and the trash only partly emptied. There was still hair on the bathroom floor, which is the kind of thing you’d think would be taken care of without having to mention it. The front desk said they were busy, and I get that hotels can get slammed, but a clean room is kind of the basic expectation. It made the stay feel a little gross overall

"My room smelled fresh when I walked..."
My room smelled fresh when I walked in, and there was no smoke odor at all. That’s a big deal to me, so I was really happy with it. Definitely felt like a good choice.

"Not gonna lie, the room itself..."
Not gonna lie, the room itself was nice, but the hallway noise got a bit loud at night. I still managed to sleep okay though, so overall it wasn’t a dealbreaker

I don’t know, the elevators just took forever every time we needed one. Like, you’d press the button and then just stand there waiting, and waiting. It got annoying after a while, especially when we were trying to get going.

I felt like the food choices were limited, and I think other customers might feel the same if they’re hoping for a bit more variety. There just wasn’t much to choose from...

"A Quick Stop That Turned Out Nice"
I stopped by for a drink, not really expecting much, and ended up having a smooth experience at the bar. I had barely settled in before my drink showed up, which was a nice surprise. The service was quick, the vibe was easygoing, and overall it was a good little visit.

"Parking Was Easy and Stress-Free"
I stayed at the Flamingo parking was simple. The garage was easy to find, and it wasn’t a long walk to get to the rooms, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. It did get a little busy at night, but nothing too bad or confusing. Overall, I’d say they’ve got a solid setup, and it definitely made me feel confident about staying there again.
